If you have any fear of creepy crawlies, come to rainbow Plantation and you shall be cured. I flick an ant off my food or myself all day everyday, smash a spider on my pillow, pick a dead fly out of my juice, get jumped on by a geckos, waking up to a squeaking lizard in the curtains by my face, see and hear lizards scurrying in the leaves, as well as toads and rats, I run into spider webs all the time, have seen huge centipedes, moths, and cockroaches, every now and then. I have no fear when it comes to bugs and small reptiles these days. There is also walking in the dark and hearing bigger things like wild pigs, cats chickens, I have about as much critter interaction as I can handle, I am one of the jungle pests myself. What I am getting at is, I ain’t never gonna squeal at a spider or scream at mouse again.
Aonother beautiful clear blue sky day. Made breakfast, cleaned a room, raked, the usual. Hten sfter work me, Jeremiah, and John got our tails in gear and moved rooms, again, I like the change though. Also today john hurt his back ak tinge and spent most of the day detailing out the Wwoofer kitchen which probably hadn’t been in like five years, it was disgusting. I had always been intimidated by the task, but now its in fine form. So not much today besides getting ready for another worker. We get a pizza night, yay! I really wanted to go to the beach, but I think it should be nice tomorrow too, and it is tradotion since we’ve been here to take new Wwoofers to Kee’I on their first day. Hitchhiing to a local beach is a great first experience I do believe.
