Day 40

So today, hmm, another exciting day in Hawaii. I didn’t sleep to well got up and did the breakfast thing. After our days off I just want to travel and see and have peace. It was hard to get in the swing of things, I felt like everyone was talking to me at once and it was all so chaotic. So for work I cleaned the Crow’s nest by myself, which took all day. It was a lot of work, very messy people, but they tipped very well : ) and left lots of food : ). While I was in the laundry room under the house I heard a little snorting noise. About ten feet to my left up on a rock ledge was the cutest little baby baby wild pig. I watched her for a while then went and got my camera. She was a little scared when I got back but I got some decent pictures. Then the rest of the day I showed and told everyone about my little piggy find. Sabina took all of us to two steps, I didn’t get in but it was nice to hang out with everyone. Right before we left I heard a loud squealing and I knew they had go the little girl. I sprinted all the way up to the house and there she was in a little cage in the bird area. So adorable and Marianna is so happy to have her, just the sweetest little thing. Marianna was hugging everyone with excitement to have the new little critter. So far we’ve have obtained batman and the pig, I hope this animal collection doesn’t get to much more out of hand! Jeremiah is completely enamored with her. Earlier in the day he was looking constantly. John had even spotted her at the end of the walkway to the main house, so she wanted to be found and taken care of. I think her parents which were probably big and ugly, got shot and its an orphan. This new guy John is pretty cool and me and Jeremiah and have a lot in common with him. He has spent a lot of time in Oregon and has explored it more then we have, its lovely to reminisce. Also, we were talking about things we like to watch and mentioned Buffy. He actually went to high school with David Boreanez and partied with him all the time. He’s like “I’ve seen that guy with a lampshade on his head!” Such a small world I couldn’t believe it. We had rice and veggie stir fry made by Eva for dinner, pretty delicious. Then we shelled coffee beans and watched some Upright Citizens brigade. Oh we also listed to John’s old band (he was the drummer) and then had him listen to Caleb Riley. Now we are just relaxing and winding down for bead, there are no guests so we get to sleep in an extra half hour, so a short day, and then our day off! Things are going great. I am so happy our new person is just another awesome kindred spirit. Also I spent a long time on the computer and posted some videos on my face book , so be sure and check that out. I have the lava tube we swam in, little Pignic, and the crashing waves on the lava rock.
